PLAYER CONFIDENTIALITY & INTEGRITY AGREEMENT

This Player Confidentiality and Integrity Agreement is a specialized contract designed for an iGaming brand like ThunderX7. In the online casino industry, this agreement is crucial for high-rollers (VIPs), beta testers, or players who may be exposed to proprietary software, upcoming game launches, or internal promotional structures.

This Agreement is entered , between ThunderX7 (the "Company") and the undersigned Player (the "Participant").

1. Purpose of Agreement

The Player may gain access to certain non-public, sensitive information regarding ThunderX7’s operations, software features, or VIP promotional structures. This agreement ensures that such information remains confidential to protect the competitive edge and security of the Platform.

2. Definition of "Confidential Player Information"

Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to:

• Beta Features: Access to unreleased games or updates.
• VIP Incentives: Exclusive bonuses and rewards.
• System Vulnerabilities: Bugs or glitches discovered.
• Company Communication: Private support or VIP chats.

3. Player Obligations

The Player agrees to:

• Non-Disclosure: Not to share internal content on social platforms.
• Immediate Reporting: Report bugs instead of exploiting them.
• Account Privacy: Maintain login secrecy.

4. Non-Disparagement

The Player agrees not to make false or defamatory statements regarding ThunderX7’s systems publicly.

5. Anti-Collusion & Fair Play

• No sharing of strategies to manipulate RNG
• No use of third-party tools or signals

6. Term and Termination

This Agreement remains valid during account activity and for 12 months after closure.

7. Consequences of Breach

• Account termination
• Loss of winnings and bonuses
• Legal action if required

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India and disputes resolved via arbitration.
